Maybe they saw a picture of a rooster with the traditional name and forgot the more commonly used ‘chicken’?

I’m guessing it’s more likely that they had heard the “tails” part of cocktails and assumed it was two words. The Japanese also don’t have any spaces between their words so their use of spaces is questionable even for kids older than 12.
